Activities to improve design standard of Hyundai vessels and prevent recurrence of defects originated by
miscalculation of design, improper installation and material selection.
Feedback activity is to improve design standard and keep high quality of newbuilding vessels built by Hyundai group.
Feedback activity can be divided into Internal feedback(‘Yard Feedback’) and sub-contractor feedback(‘Maker Feedback).
Especially, after launching of HMSC on January 19, 2015, Hyundai group have more actively shared the feedback data each other
through integrated telegraph system. We believe this will steadily lead upward leveling of quality of Hyundai vessels and finally
contribute to a better customer satisfaction.
